OPL provides computer access through Community Access Program Funding
Seventeen of the OPL’s 33 sites are designated CAP sites, which receive partial funding from Industry Canada.
The Community Access Program (CAP) provides Canadians with affordable public Internet access and the skills required to use it. The mission of CAP is to assist Canadians in both rural and urban communities to take advantage of emerging opportunities presented by the global knowledge-based economy.
