Interested in learning more about theatre? Whether you just want to get your feet wet or are thinking about going to theatre school, these workshops have something for everyone!
In this third installment in our workshop series, you will get a crash course in Shakespeare and classical text. Through games designed to make Shakespeare’s language come off the page, participants will learn to tackle Shakespeare without fear. We will explore the basics of iambic pentameter and how to make sense of a 400-year language. For Bard lovers or newbies - all are welcome!
Each session will conclude with a brief interview/Q&A with an actor who you may recognize from Ottawa’s professional stages!
For ages 13-18. Registrants will receive an additional email with the Zoom link ahead of the program.
